Welcome to Circus! Please read these Terms of Service ("ToS") carefully before using the Circus application ("the app", "our service") operated by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these ToS. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Eligibility
Our service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, do not use our service.
3. User Conduct
You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the service. You may not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user of the service.
You must use our service for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our service. You must not engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior, or make any statements that are defamatory, false, misleading, or offensive.
4. Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Circus. However, by posting content on the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
5. Moderation and Bans
As a host of a group, you are expected to manage and moderate content within your group responsibly. Any user can "Report Groups", "Report Messages", and "Report Users". Hosts can "Ban Users" from groups. If you are a host of a group that gets reported, or if you send messages that get reported, Circus reserves the right to ban you from the app.
6. Dispute Resolution
All decisions regarding banning and user conduct are at the sole discretion of Circus. Any disputes can be emailed to circus_support@exit38.org but Circus reserves the right to make the final decision.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will always post the most current version on our app. By continuing to use the service after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised ToS.
8. Account Termination
Users can terminate their accounts by visiting their profile page and clicking "Delete My Account". Upon termination, all information associated with your account will be deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Circus does not monitor or control the content posted via the service and, we cannot take responsibility for such content. We do not control nor are responsible for what users post or share on the app.
